Paid Events Attendee Agreement

You purchase from Pomsoft as merchant of record. The event host provides the experience; Pomsoft processes payment and confirms your registration according to this agreement and the event listing.

Events are organized by third-party hosts. Pomsoft does not guarantee that an event will occur, match its description, or meet your expectations. Your remedy for event issues is limited as set out below.

Refunds are not automatic. Pomsoft and the host may offer refunds in their discretion, through product tools, or as required by law. Chargebacks may be contested. If you receive a refund, your registration may be cancelled. Processing fees may be non-refundable.

Tickets are personal unless the host allows otherwise. You may not resell, scrape, or transfer registrations in violation of host rules or applicable law. We may cancel registrations obtained through fraud or abuse.

You attend events at your own risk. Pomsoft is not liable for injury, loss, theft, cancellation by the host, or acts of other attendees except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POMSOFT'S LIABILITY FOR ANY PAID REGISTRATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT TRANSACTION. WE DISCLAIM INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Disputes about event quality are primarily between you and the host. Pomsoft may, but is not required to, mediate. Our refund decisions for platform purposes are final.
